yes! just played it to my mum in the car and she loved it, she even pointed out how her voice matured and change for the better.

Just logged in to say I love the song. Made me cry thinking about the people I have lost.

Yeah this isn't it for me :michael: and I usually love her ballads. Personally I think it will flop and ruin her momentum for R9 a bit, but I'm happy for her if I'm wrong.

I do love that she used harps in a mainstream song

Y’all say the dumbest **** on here ????

girl she’s literally gonna be performing on the Super Bowl. She has all the momentum she needs

Of course what do you expect from a forum full of that fandom:gaycat6:

This is a beautiful song that I can’t wait to see in the context of the movie. The girls who doubt Rihanna’s power still sound dumb and after 17 long years with egg on their face, you would think they would finally get it. Tragic.

I lost my father to cancer a few weeks ago and this song is exactly what I needed.

He loved Rihanna and I even played Stay at his service. It’s insane that she came back this month and served such a powerful song

She has another song in the soundtrack right?

It just doesn't work like that, you can't ask the GP "hey GP, pretend like this isn't the first song Rihanna released in 6 years and be sure to keep that hype for the REAL lead single". She was in one of those once in a lifetime opportunities for a major pop artist to have a Hello style comeback because everyone was aware she disappeared from the musical scene and her return was hugely anticipated.

This. :rip:

the vocal melody is quite predictable but that's to be expected of a pop song. this is pretty but has no replay value to me.

Same! People around me love the song and no one is in the stan world I think it’ll do well on the charts & when BP Wakanda Forever is out, I can see it being even more popular.

I can't believe she didn't use the video to debut her son. This is literally a lullaby. But I respect that she refuses to use her child for promo.

Does the instrumental track count towards the main song on the charts?
