i think the main thing here it’s not what people expected from her.. even me

i think because of the insiders that said she is making a reggae album...? so i kinda expected something upbeat from her

anyway i like her voice! and her vocals are insane on this track

if this is the lead i think it’ll fit in better with the album

good comeback tbh she knew she had to do something different

This isn't her comeback. It's a tribute to Chadwick Boseman for the Black Panther movie.

This has no replay value.

And no I wasn't expecting work/we found love/rude boy. I was fully expecting a ballad but a good one.

Probably works better in the context of the movie that I probably won’t see :bird:

They were sneaky attaching the instrumental alongside the song in the single listing :eli:

This is just so underwhelming to me. :rip:

She easily could of did a celebration of life type song with drums and afro beats..idk why she chose to do this

this is really good and loved the falsetto. hope it is a big hit for her.

listened to it a couple of times & I must say it seems to be a grower :celestial4:

not sure how much replay value it’ll have for me though

I love it :weeps:

The beginning is very imogen heap, the melody is beautiful and goes so well with her voice.

I just wish the end would a bit more spectacular with a choir or something.

Something tells me a good portion of ATRL likely doesn’t give a damn about a Wakanda in the first place. Can’t expect anything to resonate with people who don’t even understand the songs significance.

She is a nearly 35 year old Mother now. Y’all are not getting Bad Gal Riri the way you once used to. She gave y’all 7 albums of ***** pops get over it. spacer.png

Well then she can pack it tf up then

lift me up serving unlistenable

What a terrible disappointment , I never want to hear it again not cause it’s bad but because it’s boring

Well... I gave ms RiRi a stream. Happy for her stans and all that, but that will be the first and last time I'll play the song

SHE'S MOTHER!! :weeps:

I miss her sooo much, her vocals are better & sttonger than ever, the song is so simple what shines more is her voice, I like it, it works perfectly as a soundtrack song, I know she will sound completly different for the album.

The last part of the song :flame:

I NEED RIHANNA TO PERFORM LIVE THIS.... but I think im asking for alot already

This is a movie soundtrack song for the Black Panther sequel.

Her actual lead single for her next studio album has not been announced just pointing that out.
