It was just ok

 

It didn't really feel like AHS. It felt like a series Ryan wanted to do but didn't get greenlit so he re-worked it into a season of AHS. It wasn't bad, it just felt like a crime-drama instead of AHS.

It feels kinda niche and like they could have just fit it into one or two episodes of AHSs rather than drag it out. They did a crime season with sexual torture already in Hotel. I feel like I'm only tuning in for the naked men at this point, no wonder all the OGs are out

Not shocked about the second tweet. The second episode aired 11pm - midnight. My brother and I definitely didn’t care to stay up to watch that one. The numbers will get worse since they’re doing 2 episodes a week. Let’s wait to see how it does on Hulu (where I shall catch up on it this weekend).

The thing amazes me is how tf Ryan make really good shows like People vs Oj, Dahmer, The Watcher but when it comes to AHS it is just a joke. I cant believe this is the same series as the Murder House, Asylum or Coven ( and Roanoke  ).

Ryan seems to be burning through this season ( 2 episodes a week now and minimal promo) makes me wonder if he's just completely over it at this point ( he has 2 more seasons after this) 

Ryan always ditches his projects when he releases something new that ends up being bigger. He did it with Nip/tuck when Glee smashed (he didn’t even went to the last episode shoot where they threw a goodbye party for the cast and crew). He did with Glee when AHS started smashing and he’s doing it with AHS now that JD is a success too. He has no ethics
