Maybe in the UK but in the US pop has not really been "popular" so you can't say that it's "over" and not you saying Just For You and Midnight Dreams sound like The Weeknd track like in what world 😩  this album sonically does not sound like future Nostalgia. Play both albums back to back they're not the same. And then you ending it off with coming for Mabel 💀

It’s a very solid but safe album. Nothing truly stands out, at least in my opinion. 
 

BTEOTN, Better Man, and surprisingly Easy Lover have been my most played since the album was released.

HOW LONG IS A FUN SONG AND TOP 7 ON THE ALBUM. F*** Y'ALL

 

THE ALBUM HAS SOME BOPPERY BUT NO CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

 

THE ALBUM IS KINDA AGING LIKE MILK COMPARED TO OTHER DANCE POP ALBUMS LIKE DIAMONDS & DANCEFLOORS

Yes I was but I finally saw the light and realised how repetitive it was.

 

Its definitely the track that was the most instant for me, I can't lie. But after playing it like 50 times, it's also the track that aged the worst for me as well.

 

Like I said, it's because the chorus was repeated 6 times.

 

It should've been

Verse - chorus - verse - the light 'how long's chorus ONLY, no post chorus or the high note 'how long' - bridge - final chorus - outro

 

Getting rid of the post chorus & second half of the main 'how long' chorus would've made the song extreme replayable without being annoying

When you have released songs like Figure 8, Heal, Flux, or Only You (just to mention a few), releasing trash like How Long is just terrible. I love me some Charli but when has she ever released material that had the same quality as the songs I mentioned.

This album is great but in the long run  (as in by the end of the year) I think it’s going to be majorly forgotten
