For all the talk Bieber had about "Changes" being a R&B album, it's labelled as Pop on Apple and iTunes, while "Renaissance" and "Honestly, Nevermind" are labelled as Pop and Dance respectively (so their R&B nominations makes even less sense when taking this into account). I don't know...The Weeknd has mentioned before how uncomfortable he felt when "Beauty Behind The Madness" and "Starboy" won in the R&B/'urban' categories at the Grammys while being 'proudly pop records' (in his own words), so I find it weird he'd want an even poppier record like "Dawn FM" getting this label.
