KatyPrismSpirit Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 Puberty! an era of both physical and emotional development. Everyone experienced it differently. Funny enough, puberty actually is described to be a pivotal time for our development in our musical taste. For men, the most important period for forming musical taste is between the ages of 13 to 16. Men on average are aged 14 when their favorite song or album is released. (NY Times) For me puberty was a period where I really got to learn a lot about myself. I learned where my interests lie and discovered some of the most beautiful music i still love a lot today. If you had to think back during your time in puberty, what were THE albums that had a big impact on you? Albums that pulled you through rough times?, albums you still love today?, albums you loved a lot when you were 15 but never got back to? albums that shaped your most memorable moments? Name them!
KatyPrismSpirit Posted October 10, 2022 Author Posted October 10, 2022 For me, albums that i feel shaped most of my puberty are i genuinely have most memories with these records and they are most defying of my time in early high school. it always get me kinda reminiscing a little the way only ANTI is still saved in my library. I OVERPLAYED these okay. I practically know every lyric on melodrama and anti

kandicha Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 Taylor Swift - Fearless was the sound track to my first super melodramatic relationship I was also obsessed with Miley Cyrus and Boys Like Girls around the same time. Later on in puberty, I really remember Lana del Rey - Born to Die and Arcade Fire - The Suburbs shaping me.
