I don't think the demand part will be a problem aside from the huge ass stadiums still left to be sold. Apart from NYC, she's touring different areas with the arena tour but it still doesn't make sense.

Many artists are complaining that logistics/transport cost are impossible to handle cause of covid/recession. If you look at schedules from 2017-2019 artists would often jump back and forth all over the continent and return to a city various times but lately all the tours are planned very carefully due to how substantial the costs have become. They try to do as many shows in row in the same venue to minimize moving around as much as possible. Look at Taylor's, Beyonce's or Harry's tour schedules. Many artists straight up refuse to tour and just do constant residencies even though they're more than big enough to sell out a stadium world tour (Adele, Bruno/Silk Sonic and more).
