Not her always avoiding Spain & Italy like the plague tho :skull:

Posted

All of the venues with at least 40,000+ capacity. No tiny stadiums this time :coffee2:

Posted

No France after her last 2 shows were sold out in minutes.

Never understood why whe never toured Spain after TTAL. Try went #1, JGMAR went #5.

Next year Olympics Games are there. I think it wasn't a easy task for her team to book a venue :(

Yeah, disappointed about no France.

Also safe to rule out Glastonbury

so she performed one of her self acknowledge worst songs 4 time? and it's not a hit make it make sense

???

These are surprise songs that her pianist is choosing for her to guess. She doesn't actually perform them. She might sing a line or two if we're lucky

At least she did UK justice. Happy to see Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland after she skipped them this year.

Why is she skipping Spain and Italy though? She could do smaller stadiums there and that would build her touring reputation for the future too. Or some festivals at least...

Yeah, I think even Taylor had a hard time scheduling The Eras Tour around it - there's a reason she's only doing La Defense twice, when she could easily sell out Stade de France two-three times.

I'm curious whether she's doing Sziget Festival this time around or no. If not, I'll probably skip this one, too much of a hassle for a show I've seen twice (or four times, if we count BT Tour :eli:

How high can these new shows take the final gross?

Uhh, haven't been following the potential grosses for a while, but the new shows, will benchmark to Bey, Coldplay plus her performance if she visited with Beautiful Trauma:

Cardiff: Bey did 7M recently, assuming ticket prices were a bit higher for her, so +6.5M

Tottenham:  Bey did 7.8M + 14M

Dublin: Harry did 5M in 2022,+6M

Anfield: she did 5.3M on BT - +12M

Hampden: she did 6M on BT - +13M

Wankdorf: conflicting benchmarks, smaller venue, probably around +5M

Copenhagen: Coldplay did 6.1M, +6M

Amsterdam: Bey did 6.4M, +6M

Brussels: Bey did 6.5M, +6M

Leipzig: not a lot of benchmarks, Coldplay in '17 did 4.3M, so around +5M

Stuttgart: again not a lot of benchmarks, probably around +5M

Mönchengladbach, aka Gelsenkirchen vol. 2: no benchmarks, probably around +4.5M

Sweden: Bey did 4.9M, so +5M

So a good +94 million. Probably in the +90-100 milli range. Maybe 120, if she extends; there's some wiggle room for her to do so.

Again I haven't followed the hectic BO reporting, but that maybe should put it somewhere aroun 450-500 milli, including Trustfall Tour?

Glad for the Europeans P!nksters but I want my new date for Dallas :emofish:

I am sure they will announce something soon-ish since Ticketmaster said if no new date is announced within 60 days we'll get a refund

Posted

Which dates do we know the grosses for, actually?

Did Pollstar report them at all?

Do we have Trustfall Tour numbers?

They really tried it with the "I sold 3 million tickets and grossed 350 milli but no one talks about it unlike Bey and Taylor" narrative. Maybe that's a 'fault' on her team's part? When you don't even report the grosses don't expect better :deadbanana4: I swear sometimes I feel I could do a better job handling her PR than whoever is doing it (or isn't doing it, really) now.

Do you think there's still a possibility that she'll announce it later?

Collectively all of Summer Carnival dates from Bolton to Phoenix

Individually, german and North American shows. London too

Well, now with the new dates it will surpass $400M for sure now. Not bad for a 'flop' act :eli:

I think there is, Sziget usually announces its first round in December & her last date as of now is like 10 days prior. I think it depends on whether they want to invite her for a third time. Her show got amazing reviews back in 2017 so I'm sure they wouldn't mind.

And these were Pollstar, Billboard or Touringdata numbers? (Not sure whether Touringdata gets its numbers from the former two.) We should update her Wikipedia I think

Yeah, I remember... Well, fingers crossed, then. Enough time passed, so maybe there's a chance.

Touring data reports Pollstar’s numbers.

Most of the reports we have are from Pollstar but they didn’t report the Hyde Park dates. So would be better to wait for Billboard’s numbers :eli:

The shows have been reported to Billboard but as far as I know, they haven’t been published other than the 3 dates in their article.

Thanks!

But why wouldn’t they report it. :skull: It’s not like Taylor who probably is waiting to drop an atomic bomb once the Eras is over.

Should I see her again? :emofish:

I'm a big stan and I love her but I had already seen her twice: in 2019 and this year. I wish I could've seen her during her prime during TTAL and earlier but I was a broke teen. It's just that my country has a weak ass currency and the plane tickets, hotels and concert tickets are a big expense just to see her do almost the same damn show for the third time in such a short time span :chick3:

But at the same time she's my main fave and every time she mentions Vegas I feel like she's hinting we (Europe) are not gonna see her again after this one and both times I saw her I had the best time and those are the two best concerts I attended :gaycat6:

Honestly I think maybe we're better off saving up for Vegas. I'd maybe do London but I already have Coldplay tix for that weekend and I don't need to travel to see them :skull:

The other off-putting thing to purchase tickets is the stadium setup IMHO. Especially hers. If you buy seating tix, you get one hunderdth of the real experience. But you need to queue for a whole day to end up right by the stage if you have standing tix not to mention paying 200€ for that.

Man, Paris really lucked out with the roofed, small arena and 100€ diamond circle tix!

Everything has been reported by her team to both Pollstar and Billboard other than the UK, French and Austrian shows.

Pollstar has published all the dates but doesn’t consider the Hyde Park shows as part of her tour, like other festivals.

Billboard does consider BST to be a part of her tour, but they have only published 3 dates thus far. Billboard Boxscores are now paywalled so maybe they have published them but we don’t know.

EDIT: I meant to quote @Liafen not myself :skull:
