She’s basically changed her whole facial features and body. But being attractive helps you land any job, I read this study where they conducted a experiment with job applications; they attached the photos of the ugly and attractive job candidates and sent them off (with the same level of experience, academia, etc.) and the attractive participant got the most call backs. I'd imagine any job where you're in the public eye (e.g. acting, singing, and modeling, to name a few), any job that's focused on looks (e.g. modeling or sex work), or a job in fitness would be selective about physical appearance and/or physique.
