It opens up a whole other discussion on whether it can even be considered “consensual” when there is that large of power imbalance. Not saying it wasn’t but I’m sure this all went into the discussion that led to him being fired

The whole Try Guys shtick revolves around them being close friends so it shouldn't be a surprise that he's leaving. They also have a super parasocial relationship with their viewers so it's not like a normal workplace rules apply here - the fans would have found out anyway and wanted him ouT.
