There's a youtuber called worldofxtra who recently got double jaw surgery and my mind can't comprehend that such surgery can simply make someone so unrecognizable.

Pop Life Posted September 15, 2022 Posted September 15, 2022 (edited) I too once slipped in my home and when I stood back up I found that my lips, cheeks, eyes and entire jawline had all fundamentally transformed. In all seriousness though we should be careful about mocking his appearance too much since he clearly has a distorted sense of self. His world has probably hinged entirely on his appearance since his teens and that just isn't conducive to a healthy state of mind. Edited September 15, 2022 by Pop Life
