It's a festival. But she was at the sunset stage while other legacy act Billy Idol was at the main stage at the same time. But she attracted almost all of the audience to her stage.

***** have had a WW arena tour which 99% sold out in Canada and Latin America. She's coming to Asia this fall and Europe next year. 

Do u think her team are stupid by underestimating her selling power?

I mean the festival has that much attendance pretty much every date of the week bc it's a very popular event, and it's not like her date sold out super fast (Demi/Justin had fastest selling date in history).

 

But is this other act performing at same time as Avril? I'm seriously confused how this works lmao. How did the sounds not get muffled? Why would they even have two acts perform at the same time on separate stages, doesn't that defeat the purpose of a lineup? Also Billy Idol was last relevant in 1990 (and barely even had a huge peak mainstream wise) and given the young audience, I do not expect him to have more pull than her!

Girl festivals often have multiple performers on at one time. That’s why they have multiple stages!

She will certify draw more than 100k if she’s performing at the main stage. She’s an established legend WW, which makes her touring arenas easier than ten years ago.
