Queen Elizabeth II laid to rest: 1926-2022

I’ve admired Princess Anne so much over the last week. The way she hasn’t left her mother’s coffin’s side and has been so dignified. She would have made a great queen. I already knew she was the hardest working royal (she typically has 380 engagements a year - more than any other working royal) and is very involved with lots of charities. She’s so much like her mother. It’s a shame it wasn’t to be.

This comment has to be a parody, no one could actually say this with that avi and expect to be taken seriously :deadbanana4:

Daydream is a troll, they post inflammatory bait and then never reply to anybody once they get dragged/called out

Can’t believe she’s gone. RIP

:deadbanana2: Girl wtf. Not that I’m obliged to reply to every single post I’m quoted in - which you obviously think is a requirement :skull:, but if you must know I didn’t reply because that user’s comment is off topic - just like yours is. He commented on my avi and who I happen to stan, which has absolutely nothing to do with the topic of this thread (and so many users do that that it’s so unoriginal and got boring a long time ago. If you saw the same comment made to you 5 times a week you’d start to ignore it too), and here you go with a personal attack. :rip: I’ve never seen you around the forum but thanks for keeping up with my posts enough to know who I do and don’t respond to.

And I stand by my opinion. I can understand that Andrew is a bad person, and also believe that he has the right to grieve his mother. Shocking, right? Do you think criminals should not be able to mourn their loved ones, seriously? You think it’s appropriate to heckle someone when they’re standing behind their mother’s coffin? Of all times and places? You’re disgusting.

Well yes he should absolutely have the space to mourn his loss but from jail and not in his royal comforts.

I've been so surprised by her, even her posture and mannerisms show she's THAT girl.

Yes I'm an Anne stan and it seems loads of people are also becoming stans. It's so wrong that Andrew and Harry can step in for the King but she can't because she's a woman, even though she does 10x the work they do. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11214687/How-Prince-Andrew-able-King-Counsellor-State-Princess-Anne-cannot.html

My father has gone up to see her lie in state today - as of the time of writing this, the queue/line is 5 miles long and at least 11.5 hours waiting time. :rip:

I know some people have their gripes about the royal family, but I still feel quite sad about Queen Elizabeth's death.

I'm definitely not the fan of the family that I used to be, but yeah, it's still sad. Elizabeth, Harry and Meghan are the only ones in that family I see it for.

I'm so pressed the funeral falls on a day that I work, so I won't be able to really watch it live.

Midnights single was probably delayed because of her. Anyone in the Uk can take a p*** on her grave for me ?

Agh I know right ?
She is the best royal of the entire family and she would have been such a great queen

she always had grace and knew how to do stuff a shame she wasn’t born first and male preference for the throne is a thing in the UK

You also care, you've cared enough to write two posts in a thread about a person you have no time for. Bye
