Meghan decided to walk away from her Royal duties and seeing the Queen on her death bed is a Royal duty so it’s understandable why Meghan was no where in sight. She also isn’t a family member so she has no purpose be anywhere near the Queen. In regards to Catherine it was reported that today was the first day of school for her kids and that may be the reason.
