How is PrEP connected to religious rights?! :deadbanana2:

The “religious rights of employers” line :rip:

Our country is so ass-backwards. Employers shouldn’t have “religious rights” as legal entities employing people for their labor, they should only have them as private citizens.

I deleted my original response to you because I included that other tweet in the updated OP, but you know their answer to that question :coffee2:

Right? Is the judge saying the company (legal person) has religious rights? This raises all sorts of questions. I

Well, depends on your definition of stupid.

He's a politician in a judge's robe that conservative activist groups have as their top pick to shop multiple pet causes.

If picking and choosing bible verses as a Christian nationalist that wants the U.S. to become a theocracy is stupidity, then sure.

Isn’t the US secular?

I'm agnostic at the moment (that's mostly fear-based from my childhood but I won't unpack that) so you don't need to tell me.

Starting with Genesis and on through the rest.

About as secular as the Vatican City at the moment.

America is a shithole, I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who has to live there

this is so disgusting, religion has NOTHING to do with Prep, they just bluntly hate gays. horrific.

Don’t more straight people make up the majority of HIV cases anyways?? Wtf?? :skull: That’s like allowing employers to not pay for a flu shot, it’s an illness that effects everyone and has nothing to do with homosexuality or anything of the sort. Literally 80s era understanding of diseases and this man is making decisions for an entire country.

The way conservatives LOVE the Constitution when it’s time to be hateful with freedom of speech or right to bear arms when it’s time to kill children in their classrooms. But they pretend they do not see other things freedom of (or freedom from in this case) religion. The US is such a ****hole.
