It would be weird if someone used black gifs for EVERYTHING. But I've been on the Internet for almost 20 years, I genuinely can't think of a single person I've EVER met who does that. Even black people dont seem to do that, let alone white people. Like who could be bothered with the constant mental processing that would require ("Oh wait, I can't share this, there's a gif of a white person in it, I can only post gifs of black people"). Maybe white people are less funny or whatever, but eventually you will see of a gif of a white person you want to use.
