Also I’m pretty sure max is on the album, this was from her speech last year when she won the National Music Publishers Association’s Songwriter Icon Award. At the time, we all assumed it was an Easter egg for the TVs, but max isn’t credited as a producer on those.

They’re off the order numbers on her web store. Although it is per order so Jerry could be lowballing too since people are ordering multiple copies from what I see on my timeline

I feel like it’s way too early to call it.

 

A good example is Ariana. She posted a tweet about being excited to release her album (Positions) 2 weeks before the release date and received 1.2 million likes. The album only sold 174,000 in its first week. Of course Taylor will sell more than that but likes alone definitely won’t equate to 1 million sales. She’d have to promote A LOT
