The wooing in the last minute of the song is my favourite moment on the album

I hope that Anti-Hero is nominated for SOTY at the next Scammys. It would be cute for her to be the most nominated artist in a songwriting category, even without a win. I don’t care if it actually wins, though - it ATW can’t do it, then she’s not getting it any time soon, and AH does not deserve it more that ATW did. I couldn’t even bring myself to be surprised or disappointed that she lost. Who cares anymore? “Thing that happened five other times already happens a sixth time.” :rip:

the way her AOTY record will be safe for a long time. punch after punch for her haters especially the ones who latched onto 30MB just for this purpose :clap3:

Manifesting a SNTV announcement today since she didn’t have a chance last night.

I keep checking insta waiting for an announcement. Very glad the Red era is over now (even though it's top 3 favorite albums).

Olivia mentioned Taylor everywhere all the time at the beginning at then at some point just stopped and never did again. And always looked awkward and wanted to change subject when someone asked about her.

There was of course Taylor getting a writing credit listed on Deju Vu a couple of weeks or so after it was released. That's a possible source for a falling out. But we dont know what (if anything) happened.

Maybe they met and just didnt like each other that much.

Or Olivia just stopped mentioning her as she really blew up to create her own career

I really hope that if 3/3 is anything, it’s not the actual release of SNTV. It wouldn’t be like her to try to go up against a potential juggernaut album that could threaten her shot at #1. I’m absolutely certain she could pull off the win and block the other big album coming that day if she wanted to, but anything could happen, and I’m hoping she instead picks a week when the field is clear. There’s still time to try another Midnights single if Lavender Haze doesn’t catch on, too - no need to rush honestly. Midnights still charting extremely well would also end up being kind of messy if it was competing with a TV release at all - Red TV’s chart run has incredible longevity for a rerecording, and it ended up performing basically like a normal new album for most artists. There is a point where diminishing returns start to kick in and oversaturation happens, even if she’s not there yet.

I really don't think she's releasing SNTV anytime soon. She waited a year after Red smashed to put out anything else because the rapid succession of Folklore + Evermore + Fearless TV hurt the latter two projects, especially since Folklore was smashing so hard, and they weren't given proper breathing room. I think it will come in November.

I still have a feeling Olivia will throw hints about it if feud is real to boost her sophomore album hype.

Well without the Joshua/Sabrina drama to fuel her songwriting and her press narratives, I think "Taylor turned on me" is about as compelling as she'll be.

Yeah this is totally what's going to happen, last night confirmed it to me. They were right next to each other and there was no interaction. In the video of Taylor and SZA talking, Olivia is sitting like two feet away just staring straight ahead silently while her assistant is on her phone :dies:

She has no other PR narrative going into her sophomore era, because she's off Disney Channel and nobody cares about the nobodies she's dated since Joshua. I've been predicting that she'll have a song called "Don't Meet Your Heroes" about the Deja Vu writing credits drama to stir up the TikTok rumor mill and generate hype. All the OTHs will lap it up. Since people don't care about facts, it will still serve the purpose of creating the appearance of a feud and they will say Taylor is desperate for feuding with a teen. It'll be a messy and Taylor won't say anything publicly about it, while Olivia does the Swiftian thing of not naming names (her Bad Blood if you will.) But it could be just a flash in the pan controversy and backfire on Olivia. If you're trying to get out of the shadow of the biggest artist in the world, crafting your sophomore era's narrative around her is probably the dumbest thing you could do for your long term career. But who knows, I guess we'll see what happens.

True. If it was a different song lyrically but had exactly the same production and vocals, everyone would agree. Nowhere near the horrifying depths of ME!th and Daylight

If she doesn't realize that a significant portion of her fanbase are Swifties that would drop her in an instant the moment she speaks a word against Taylor...then I pray for her.

I agree. I would be happy with a March announcement and the album coming out on late April or early May, for example.

Ms. Adkins? She was seated with Lizzo and Taylor didn't interact with Lizzo either, so maybe they were far away or something.

Unless something random happened I think she's cordial with Adele, there were commercials and we didn't see everything, it's not like she's a Scooter client or something which could've created some animosity

Well I'm pretty sure Taylor has to be aware of the rumour that floats around every time miss Adkins releases a new album. The rumour which claims miss Adkins and her team try to frame her as the 'Anti-Taylor' in the weeks leading up to a release for press and controversy (Such as some... supposedly intentionally planned comparisons of the success of 25 and 1989 in the press or 30's release date coincidentally being the same release date Taylor had announced literally four months in advance, just to name a couple), and attempt to position miss Adkins and her success as being above Taylor, since Taylor is the only real threat. When miss Adkins announced November 19th, the only two narratives people could walk away with were "oh look, Adele out-debuted Taylor" or "oh look, Taylor moved for Adele". I'm not sure if this is an intentional ploy, or if miss Adkins is merely competitive, and the only other female in her caliber that isn't Beyonce is Taylor.

Of course, this is all speculative conspiracy, but I personally find it quite convincing, and a narrative that holds a lot of water.
