The reason this horrific case came up again is because:

 

1. Nicki and Kenneth threatened Jennifer’s life because she would not lie to clear his name.

2. Nicki also insinuated Jennifer was a white woman and that was the reason Kenneth was given a guilty sentence. 

3. Kenneth failed to register a sex offender and is facing more prison time.

So, the victim should of pressed criminal charges that her life was endangered by her raptist and his wife and fight it in “criminal” court but she chose a civil lawsuit in attempt to seek money from the wife. Clearly, her intentions are questionable.

The victim brought it to the news when she was threatened and chose to go to the civil lawsuit route and not the criminal court route? Why? Perhaps the victim should be asked why she was attempting to seek financial compensation for the “threats” and not criminal charges. Ya are so one sided in this ordeal.
