I thought twins only get passed on every two generations, that's how it is in my family at least. I guess the husbands also having the twin gene made the twin babies possible. But it all depends on the woman's genes So confusing. Their family gatherings must be interesting

The babies aren't twins, each couple only has one kid. But because both parents are twins of the other couple, the kids are also considered "brothers" genetically. But the kids are not twins, they're not genetically identical. That would be almost mathematically impossible given the process of meiosis in creating germ cells.

the kids are only genetically "siblings" to each other - so much like most siblings they won't look identical.
