not only does she have one of the most boring voices ever, she sounds bored on every song :skull: the dull production doesn't help

I think I like it even better than her debut. 'Long Way Home' was an important record in my teenage years, and with this album I kinda feel the same. And I'm so glad I didn't listen to the singles before so everything was new for me. Can't stop enjoying 'Lifeline'

Lifeline is one of my favorites too! I think this is her best album yet, it marries her melancholic songwriting with her great pop sensibility.

Finally gave this a proper listen. I think this is my favourite album from Lapsley. Levitate is a stand out for me, the mixture of the heavy lyrics with the production gets me :katie2:

Snagged a ticket to see her in Manchester!

i finally immersed myself in this album, and wow, it turns out to be really good. it is similar sonically to the previous record, but completely different from the debut — if then Holly did not yet fully understand her sound, now she has definitely found it and defined it for herself.

great job.

it's a good album. lifeline (1/2 of ATRL me, basically) is really catchy and mesmerizing
