Just continue in getting to know him. Don't jump straight to sex because it ruins the mystique and would possibly make things awkward, more so if you work at the same place as him.

 

He may even find it refreshing on his part that you're not trying to sleep with him so quickly. Furthermore, he could just be looking for a friend rather than a romantic/sexual partner.

I decided that I would continue to communicate with him. Step by step. And it's better to really wait for the best moment to demonstrate your feelings, so that it would not be awkward, premature.
