Looks like Billboard is giving different kinds of numbers for different songs.

 

Digital Song Sales

#1 Victoria's Secret by Jax, 7k (on the article about the song debuting)

#5 Break My Soul by Beyonce, 13k (on the main H100 article)

 

So BMS sold 13k copies, but then some portion of them were not counted due to CMA, so 13k is what they're counting for the Hot 100 but they're not sharing the net sales that are counting for the digital chart.

Alien Superstar could EASILY become another #1 if she gives it a KILLER mv and if it gets a strong radio deal or w/e. Also Cuff It could be another top 10. I really hope her team makes the right single choices but I fear they won't or they will move on too quickly in order to release the next Act....ugh
