Very solid numbers for Beyoncé  I expected 400K but this isn't that far off from it + considering it's her first album in 6 years + rule changes leading to lower first week sales this is actually good. I hope the album has longevity though.

Although it sucks that Gangnam Style never went #1, the week YouTube streams were counted was the week Harlem Shake debuted at #1 even though Thrift Shop was scheduled to be at #1. We didn’t find out until like an hour before the chart was announced

Girl, not the Billboard rule change from 2007. It is what it is. It's clear why HDD reported one thing and they waited until the day before to announce the change.

 

But it's 2 decades later and we are in 2022. I'm pretty sure BMS will be #1 too along with the #1 album but shouldn't the results have come out by now.
