There have been a lot of smaller kpop groups who have been able to pull 20M first day which isn’t feasible for their fame level 

Ads are counted on the first day they just aren't counted for the 24 hour record. A lot of kpop fans (& jype) have been confused by this rule.

Hate: Rosé and Jisoo's parts, all of them  Not only does the melody sound off on that instrumental, their voices just don't work together imo. Grating. I prefer when Jennie and Rosé alternate in vocal parts. (AIIYL PWF)

 

Overall: Okay-ish, not their worst single but def not one of their best. And give Jennie her damn comeback!
