I was very confused after the first listen because the chorus sounded out of place but its soooo damn catchy. I love the song overall but that outro is so ******* underwhelming, like what happened omg

 

I really agree with the post that said this would have been a great sub-unit song for them. JenLisa basically carried the entire thing. Rosé & Jisoo weren't really given anything to work with imo although I loved their parts. 

 

MV is gorgeous but definitely not their best. There's a lot to digest. Whoever edited it needs to fired. JAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIL!!!

It’s reached 25M views faster than HYLT tho. It’s definitely wont break BTS record but it has a chance of beating HYLT record.

It's 2022 and YouTube is not what it used to be. Not even for kpop artists anymore. Kpop songs' streams on Spotify are now starting to match those on YouTube and that's WITH all the ad views. BP are still miles above almost everyone on YouTube though so they are doing more than fine.

Oh for some reason i thought HYLT had 30M in 4h  But yeah i think the views for HYLT werent getting added that fast/consistently in the first hours

as for the views I think they will surpass HYLT but not by a large margin, 90-95M max

YT peaked even in kpop. This is gonna pull HYLT numbers at best imo.

I feel like the outro would have been the chorus if this was DDDD 4.0
Also what do ppl expect? Jisoo/Rose are the vocalists and Jennie/Lisa are the rappers ofc they have their parts.. and wow the song has a melodic prechorus ... like any other song  Idk if we go like that then every Twice song is the same aswell, its mostly Nayeon/Jihyo doing the vocal heavy parts, Dahyun/Chaeyoung getting the rap part etc

BP has a clear sound/image just like RV, Twice, Aespa etc. I don’t see anything wrong with it
