it's pretty good and i'm kind of bopping, i just wish they would give us something a bit different/surprising. the structure is so predictable and these music video scenes could have been out of DDD/KTL/HYLT.

It's definitely a grower. I hate that they're still trying so hard to recreate HYLT's magic with the song structure and outro, just let it go. I also feel like the instrumental goes harder than the vocals, which is something that throws me off a bit. Overall a good song though, but not the collapse I expected.

 

On the other hand, the MV is straight up disappointing. All that talk about the big budget for... That. It's not bad, don't get me wrong, but they've done much better with less, so money is not the issue here.

Incredible comeback, absolutely worth the wait for me. The hook (their first real hook ever??) is the BEST part and so infectious. What a song, hip hop, rock and that trappy hook

 

I knew how the reactions would be during my first listen...its just too experimental and obviously its not going to be for everyone.

I do agree with everyone else on that these outros need to go, so unecessary...

Lisa and Jennie absoutely CARRIED this, not the song, but the video as well. This would have worked much better as a sub-unit for the both of them. You can see it can be difficult sometimes to bring all of their qualities in one track, it can feel disoriented.
