But how are they cutting PV short if it got sent to radios in the US?

PV is getting spinned also on EU markets. It’s on rotation also in Italy. Why would they let it go to waste spending budget for that only for title track to get releases shortly after? I’m really starting to feel the title is a tailor-made track for Korea (maybe even ballad-ish).
