atrl ATRL went down for maintenance, Ms 503 still persists. Why?

ATRL went down for maintenance last night, giving me a sliver of hope that something was finally being changed. 
 

Colour me not shocked today when I hit multiple 503s and reply box issues. What’s the sitch??? Why won’t Ms 503 end her reign??? 

 

Can we at least get some transparency on what was / is being updated? It’s been years of this trauma already.  

Did we get any replies from moderation in the thread exposing the ad revenue? Are we able to open up donations towards a better server? We want SOLUTIONS
