How does this address concerns of countries within the Global South who've been curb-stomped by America, the country which has the most control over NATO as an alliance? The discussion that both Russia and the US should be removed from the Human Rights Council for war crimes sounds like a totally uncontroversial middle stance.

The U.S. doesn't need to be part of NATO to sell weapons to European countries - Ukraine is not part of NATO and it's not stopping them from receiving weapons and cash.  Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Poland being "literally curbstomp" by Russia is a fantasy in you guys' minds to justify the U.S/NATO perpetually instigating wars and being complicit in war crimes.  Pelosi is travelling to Taiwan right now knowing very well what's at stake. In fact, it is literally whataboutism - liberals love that term - to go "but we need America for [x]" when countries facing the end of a gun barrel by the US military express frustration on global hypocrisy wrt the continued silence about the evils of American imperialism.

The white supremacy at work to feel fine saying this about a leader of a country that was coup'ed by the country you're an inhabitant of.  Every US citizen should feel shame and embarrassment over the attended coup in Bolivia. To not feel shame means one thinks cheaper laptops and batteries was worth killing dozens of indigenous Bolivians.
