There are no caveats to be had like there were when Trump assassinated Qasem Soleimani, who was a high ranking official and Iran and whose killing on foreign soil risked unnecessary war with another sovereign nation. Don’t really see any reason to berate Biden for this either, especially if there were really no civilian casualties involved.
