Day 8 and 9 look like such outliers now, I don't understand why it went back to pre-TTH numbers

Good sign

Now let's get stability, then rise and then multiplatinum certification status from now up until Thanksgiving.

This playlist updated and HMC moved up 3 positions. It's still only #35 so play it from here to make it rise.

hi sweetie... i've missed your chart-manipulating ass!

is there a way i can buy the song from here in turkey and make it count towards the US sales? someone better help because i genuinely want to contribute.

Yes! You just have to use a U.S. address and phone number when purchasing it!

If it’s easier, you can always donate to $TheBritneyFund on Cash App and they’re helping U.S. fans afford more copies!

I’m from Dominican Republic but I just bought one copy with my Miami billing address via Amazon Pay so it’ll count to USA.

How do I make the second purchase? Can it be the same card since I purchased it via Amazon Pay?

Gonna two copies weekly till further notice.

You have to use a separate card and email for every purchase for it to count!

Sales will be less because of the boost last week from Elton's website....but hasn't it stayed atop itunes almost basically since release in certain countries?

I hope the song will only drop and hover between 15 and 20-22 next chart update but then stabilize and rise again. :dancehall:

Lyric video should have been posted on her YT channel :celestial5:

Just a reminder that we can start buying copies again on Elton’s website now that we’re in a new tracking week. I’ll start a little list as a reminder for the girls to participate. Don’t forget that you can only buy one copy per credit card and email per week. You need to download your purchases, too, for them to count.

Billboard Week Two Website Sales:

1. Eternium (4)

2. Ghiles (2)

3. Nathanspears (1)

4. hector.Adriel (1)

Guys, we have a chance at a second week at #1 for Digital Song Sales. I need to see you ladies going hard.

And @KeirGrey, you can buy the song as long as you use a U.S. address and telephone number. You can also donate to $TheBritneyFund on CashApp - they’re helping fans who can’t afford the digital download!

The overall audience is a positive increase so good. Ignore the bullet for now.

Once we get to Saturday, bullet will be more meaningful.

I read that digital sales have less weight than airplay and streams to gain points on the Hot 100. Someone was saying that 4k sales are equivalent to 5 points. So even if HMC was selling surprisingly well this week, let's say 30k units, it's around 35 points.

It's a little bonus but radio and streams are much more important nowadays. When you look at the songs in the Top 10, some of them are not even selling 1k copies a week :skull: Though they have really high streams and/or are supported by radio.

Thank God I am not chart-obsessed but I hope the song can have some stability after its 2nd week. But so far the streams (US) seem way too low. It's around 450k a day. Even if it has a total of 500k US streams x7 days it's 3.5M, which is tragic and by far the biggest weakness of the song. But it still has a chance to grow so we will see. At least we got an amazing peak :gaycatney7:

No sales are still what we should be focusing on and what we can have the most tangible impact on. Nobody knows the exact figures but somebody else said 22k sales would have translated to 40-45 points, so 30k would actually be about 60 points

You have to include Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music and all other streaming services whose streams are also being included for Billboard.

I can predict top 20 for the second week. Later on, we need radio to keep giving out positive updates and streaming needs to stabilize/rise to keep the song floating around top 20 and possibly even higher.

And as for sales, I am pretty sure the song will sell at least 15k by the end of the tracking week. Hopefully, it will even cross the 20k mark! :lakitu:

Yeah I think it will stay top 20 for week 2. Radio needs to come faster though.

Yup you're right but Spotify is the one where it gets the most streamed that's why I only mentionned this one. And yes radio will be very important next week. It will probably determine if the song can have stability or not.

Do we have any numbers for its streams on Apple Music ?

Sales can make a massive difference. #12-#7 were only a 6 point difference. This isn’t like 2011 where a few fans couldn’t make a massive difference in chart positions because songs were more frontloaded and so chart points were huge. Now songs have amazing longevity but weak points every week so even if you have just 1,000 fans buying 4 copies a week, you can make a massive increase in weekly chart positions. Look at BTS, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce, etc. All it takes is a dedicated, hard-working fanbase now.

That’s okay as long as it doesn’t stop rising. And our best way to keep it rising is by requesting, buying the song weekly on Elton’s site and streaming it at least once a day on YouTube, Apple Music and Spotify.
