My understanding is that they've changed a good amount of the characters backstory. It's supposedly sabra in name only. They've done some reshoots since we found out that this character was cast so for all we know they'll distance the character more from her original story.

Whew, That suit looks Clean
I really hope this lives up to that standard of Civil War & Winter soldier. Would be funny if this actually is a hit. Cuz everyone kinda expecting it to bomb. But I still have a little hope, and think Anthony Mackie can serve well. Action and moving the plots of phase 4-5 along is what I'm hoping for most. Specifically

Making Black Panther(Shuri) have something to do. Fix the Hulk blood stealing/ Intelligenca arc from She-hulk and make it actually Relevant. Assemble a New Avengers roster! Thats like a priority at this point. Give Shang-Chi or Moonknight a presence of cameo, to start bringing the phase 4 characters in again. And since we know Adamatium and the celestial island plot will be the main thing Nations are fighting over. I hope they stick the landing and start making Superhero's and Artifacts like Kamala's bangels seen as Weponds of mass destruction. A actual Cold War would be the perfect start to having governments turn thier back on Hero's…. Leading to a more realist way of integrating Mutants into the MCU. This is the only logical way for humans to hate Mutants but not Avengers.

A Great Trailer! Like I honestly was worried for the film and thought no one would care. But the trailer is great for a teaser, and so many YouTube reaction channels are loving it too. 
the tone and even the filming looks awesome. I hope they clean up the red hulk fight VFX before the first full trailer drops. But for right now I am a lot more interested then I was
