They should use the 37 b to better find a better training program. Weed out the cops who fail this new training. It should be stricter. Use lie detector tests to find if people have any prejudice against a certain race, gender or sexual orientation. The truth is cops are still a necessity they just need to do better at hiring.

It’s enraging that the only police reform of the past several years has just been dumping more money into police departments. Getting rid of qualified immunity should be a nonstarter.

Because police is nothing but bodyguards and gatekeepers for the rich elite. This is why the rich elite's puppet-president Biden has just massively increased police funding. They know people are getting restless due to inequality / poverty skyrocketing and that more violence is brewing so they increased police funding so the police can protect them from the common poor folk by shooting them down.
