I could kind of overlook some of this as weird, annoying helicopter, granola, hippie-ish behavior (feeding him like a baby bird as an infant), but like the "flirting" bit combined with all the other factors is creepy. I hope that kid doesn't have issues later on in life.

I’ve seen a white mother feed their daughter like a bird a few months ago. I sat there watching her chew the food, spit it in her hand, roll it and feed it to the daughter.
