The Government of Iraq has condemned the incident, calling on Türkiye to take responsibility and withdraw their forces from northern Iraq which saw eight people including a one-year-old killed. Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief Mustafa Al-Kadhimi called an emergency security meeting with the national council determining that they would submit an application of all Turkish led attacks to the UN.
