best girl group of all time

Deserved honestly.

They had bops, choreo, vocals and good music videos and good shows.

I wish they would reunite. I'd be curious to see their artistic input as mature women.

Top 2 and not #2 confirmed. :rip:

It was bound to happen eventually thanks to Beyonce remaining a musical and cultural force. She has smartly integrated DC songs and staged mini reunions into several key moments for her including the Superbowl, Glastonbury and Coachella, further extending their legacy and reintroducing their new music.

The Spice Girls have exploited the nostalgia around them very well with huge tours, but they just have a much more limited catalogue and none of them have stayed relevant as individual music stars. "Wannabe" also completely carries them with other hits being more niche, whereas Destiny's Child have more classics.

With almost double the albums :eli:

Surprised how atrl has turned up for Chartmasters all of the sudden

right when its formula seems more questionable than ever

And it’s largely due to the fact that Bey is as relevant as ever and still brings them out every now and again be it halftime and Coachella, and the DC medleys she does on her tours on top of it. It’s the same reason why songs like Crazy In Love and Halo have such impressive streams, including her “4” singles which out-streamed a plethora of top 5 singles between 2011-12. She keeps her songs alive and well, reinventing their sound to solidify a  timeless catalogue.

Destiny's Child is not bigger than Heart or The Supremes.  I don't care how many points they have.

The better girl group won :clap3:

Thats chartmasters, they have more albums and there pure sales pale in comparison.

Since some members choose to not believe feautures should count for an artists totals then i choose to believe that chartmasters isnt legit and real

And Spice Girls had a MOVIE that was a HUGE SUCCESS, so.... they were way more global.

The last Spice Girls stadium tour in 2019 prove they are the biggest girl group

If DC toured they would kill those numbers so this post makes no sense. Beyonce would be at said tour and she's the top female touring artist of her generation and soon OF ALL TIME. Understand where she is in her career, Beyonce is THAT GIRL, she has all the corners covered boo. DC is Beyonce and therefore the Spice Girls lose.

Given how last Spice Girls album (Forever) flopped, even if SG had released more material they would flop too, lbr

Meanwhile last DC album (Destiny Fulfilled) has 2 worldwide smashes (Lose My Breath, Soldier)..  They were still very huge when they decide to end their journey
