I can see this going two ways for Jamie since he is such a piece of ****.

 

1. He lies during his deposition, committing felony perjury if Rosengart has the goods to back his accusations up (which he does) and that will be his demise 

2. He ignores this and doesn't comply - which puts him in contempt of court, which is just as messy and not a good look and he could get arrested

All of this. Britney shouldn’t have to be there until a future trial where she will undoubtedly have to do at some point during this process. Matthew will likely prove that Jamie doesn’t have any legal grounds to stand on for what he did. If he doesn’t show up, then he will likely be considered guilty in the eyes of the law.

And we still have the battles of Lynne’s lawyers getting paid (which most likely won’t happen bc there’s no legal grounds for an interested party to have their legal fees paid by the conservative), and the depositions/doc turnover from Lou and Robin. I don’t see them getting out of depositions if Jamie couldn’t, but who knows with Penny. 

Penny is likely going with the court of public opinion after getting ripped to shreds for siding with the abusers for so long. Penny may in the future ask that Britney to be a witness (which should ultimately be expected) but I think she learned her lesson after what she did during her initial trials.

Nope, Brenda would never allow it, but she’ll be off this case soon I believe. They’re already being legally shady with it, as it’s reported they’ve allowed Mainstream outlets to live tweet/access their phones during court but not independent reporters & fans in attendance.
