The way I haven’t noticed anyone mention the way the new trilogy reflects the structure of the original trilogy. It was a perfect send off and a great love letter. Kills was the weakest, then Ends, then H18.

I was hoping (since Laurie was at the hospital at the end of H18) that Ends would take place in the hospital just like Halloween II.

A second watch, it wasn’t that bad. The final fight was entertaining.

Well it was not a masterpiece obviously... but i wouldn't call it rubbish 

 

I have seen worse for sure

Halloween Ends grossed a puny $839k on Halloween. It's crawled to $61M, after a $40M debut 

 

Won't get much past $65M domestic. Another big fall from the predecessor. 

 

Halloween 2018- $159M

Halloween Kills- $92M

i felt like these new movies didn’t even bring the level of horror that the originals did 

I enjoyed this one though and the ideas that it brought to the table although I agree maybe not fitting for the final chapter. This movie is what ‘Kills’ should’ve been.
