ATRL Moderator Ampersand13 Posted July 13, 2022 ATRL Moderator Posted July 13, 2022 Honestly, I just want it to be as good as the first one in this trilogy. I don't think there will ever be one as strong as the original (which is fine, I've thoroughly enjoyed several movies from this franchise) but Halloween Kills was just not it
Click Clack Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 halloween kills wasn’t THAT bad imo lonnie, lonnie weird & scrawny has bad dreams so cries to mommy
Totami Legend Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 I need a "Kills" rewatch, kylie richards and the gay couple are the only things I remember
Power love Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 I think ppl are just being dramatic about Halloween Kills being bad. Sure it wasn’t as good as the first film but it’s MILES better than all the sequels in the past.
Mr. Mendes Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 Halloween Kills was far from the worst in the franchise. It struggled in comparison to the original and H18, it could’ve and should’ve been better and more refined. But it still has some incredible moments, made Michael scary again, and set up a potentially amazing finale. Not perfect, but still solid upper middle, lower high tier for the franchise. I have faith Halloween Ends is gonna end this trilogy on a high.

MasterXPosed Posted July 13, 2022 Author Posted July 13, 2022 John Carpenter said the movie will be a departure from 2018 and Kills! I heard some minor spoilers from last night’s screening, and am kind of shocked the route they’re taking. Will be original for sure

TROPICUM Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 I'm HYPE! Sure, Kills wasn't as great as the first on the trilogy but it was FAR from being the worst on the franchise. I would even say it's the best sequel. The supposed time-jump does makes me nervous though

MusicBiz234 Posted July 13, 2022 Posted July 13, 2022 Halloween Kills was so awful - this hopefully can redeem this latest reboots
