This. Also the “worst” she said is thinking of Ana as “unsophisticated,” but that in context it feels to me that she thought she was a foreign newbie trying to make it into Hollywood. She even starts saying she’s ashamed so evidently it’s without malice. Not really necessary of her to share tho but to call her racist for that is to lack some sense and seriousness

Yeah, we should stop canceled people who are not afraid to admit their ignorance and want to change. 

Its better than just silently thinking and acting superior to minority which is way worst.

Exactly. I still wish she hadn't said this or even assumed it in the moment, but it's definitely more ignorant - and slightly more pretentious - than it is racist. 

 

People need to use their brains a little better
