i'm ok with Ursula not being purple if Melissa brings her A game to make her a great believable villain. she doesn't need make up or prostethics to show off her acting chops. I don't know, maybe they don't want a ridiculous purple skin to **** with potential accolades

Yeah, the GRAMMYs seating looks like smaller tables. So I think it's from this.
