I can’t say for every format but in terms of Pop, once upon a time, BTS got like 150 adds on there. So that’s around the upper limits for a first week that BTS, Taylor, Adele and others get. For Nicki, 80 to 100 would be like they believe in the song A LOT to add her at that rate, after years of her not sending anything significant to Pop radio. She’s definitely on track to hit 60+. Nicki hasn’t been on Pop radio for years so it’s hard to judge but 60+ would be good but not great. Anything above 50 is great at rhythmic. It was at 60/1 then randomly jumped to 67 when the hour closed out. Headline Planet posted the final number was 67 which is still great for Nicki especially if she got KIIS FM on board. A little interview with Z100 yesterday wouldn’t have hurt so she could have the two biggest pop stations on board early. If her team and label knew there was no video and they weren’t doing alternate versions, the least they could have done was set up some basic radio promo at the big stations but it’s fine.
