Russia has lost ALL its naval wars: famously against Japan where they became the 1st western power to lose a war against an eastern power. & more embarrassingly against Canada and with Sweden and Finland joining NATO, the artic is about to become a NATO lake too They don't even have the technology for icebreaker ships. Without the West, good luck booking that Alaska takeback they speak off. They literally sold Alaska because they could not defend it.
