Hes a a perfect example,let of what s hot artist can do despite the feelings on the songs.

this argument doesn't really make sense though because those who don't like the song still don't like it even though a "hot" artist like Justin is on it. if you like the song you like it, if you don't you don't.

Justin is definitely a big part of why these songs are hits. I mean his last four songs went like no 2, no 4, no 1, no 1... He's just insanely popular, he'll probably break all records with his lead next era Hello will remain unbothered

True. Wait a minute. I KNOW people are not still debating Justin Bieber's impact after the back to back #1s and being a part of a #1 song that has no challenges in the forseeable future unless he tops himself PAUZ with this chainsmoker ft.

 

Bieber won. People need to accept the fact that sometimes people with quesitonable attitudes win.

 

I fully expect this "song of the summer" to replace the current spring smash and then a lead will probably get to #1 too.

 

Bieber will hopefully get to 10 #1s in his next two eras and not stop short like Usher and Katy...

You are right, there is literally no reason it isn't. It has a great airplay:itunes ratio and a good one for a pop song on spotify. However radio doesn't want to support it, even though the gp wants them to.

for a song like Million Reasons...the week after the SuperBowl was a repeak

 

I guess technically for a song that went #1...repeak does make sense if there was a hiatus and it hits #1 again

 So she should keep working with Pop & Oak production-wise, snag a TDot feature w/ Drake, another one w/ Kehlani (they use the same production team), and write with topline pop writers to continue to get great melodies.  Growth and exploration, but still the same artist fans are attracted to.

The natural 2nd week drop in sales. But no idea how much it's really down. Kworb early numbers said 32k, I put in 50k as it went back up after.

 

Youtube streams are also down 50% after the big first week and Spotify is down.

bear in mind that the song is awful, and has gotten zero promotion

 

so the flop will have a song in the top 10 and another in the top 20 (or top 30).  Mexican Madonna always wins.  There's just no one to spin it.
