100% He needs a better stylist not because of the clothes per se but because they don't fit well. I think the pants might also be too big. A slightly looser shirt (I'm not sure about the colors tho) and better fitting pants would make the difference, his posture doesn't help, but I think it's partly because of the way the clothes fit him.
