There are pro's & con's to liking the both of them but for me I love Paige mainly cause season 4 was the first season of the show I watched live and only knew Prue through reruns and the DVD's so I didn't have the connection with her. Charmed to me was always Piper, Paige and Phoebe I saw s4-8 live. For me I didn't start liking Prue until season 2 but I liked Paige from the start. She brought a sense of balance I felt.

this poll doesn't die even after decades 

 

both strong & versatile but Paige is my fave sister. Sometimes Prue annoyed me with her leadership & responsibility, as if Piper & Phoebe were powerless. But in seasons 2 & 3, she opened up and began to sympathize to me.

 

Fun fact: since Charmed only started airing in my country in 2001, I was a little confused because I saw Prue on TV but on cover magazines & posters was Paige with promo pics from 4 / 5 seasons.

I prefer the storyline with Prue, but I prefer Paige as a character. Season 4 was great but they started worsening from Season 5 onwards. I always wonder how the storyline would be if Shannen didn’t leave.
