Other than that, this season was so good, STOMPED on the latest Black Mirror season, both in the technology and supernatural themes. Hurem Posted November 8, 2023 Posted November 8, 2023 These 4 episodes actually had amazing concepts, but the execution wasn't the best. Had Netflix took charge, this would be a Black Mirror level of quality. Organ had the most interesting idea in my opinion, but everything else was really bad. Acting was mediocre, but the writing was the biggest crime of this episode. It was all so incredibly lazy The detective duo were probably the worst written characters in TV history, they served parody at certain moments. Tapeworm was a well rounded episode, though the writing in the middle of the episode was lacking too. I wish there was more development, other than her getting angry at other people for no reason. Daphne was another well rounded episode (with eye candy being present in every scene ahh). The idea of yet another disease causing lockdown could've been explored even more, but I understand why it was a side plot. Overall, nothing groundbreaking, but pretty entertaining. Bestie was interesting, and very creepy, but the way the main character did everything Bestie wanted her to do was... stupid Breaking a mug, wearing a very distasteful Halloween costume, stealing her dad's wallet... Sure. Breaking your arm for an online who somehow gets people to do everything by saying "are you scared?" is plain stupid Ending was also a bit rushed, but overall entertaining episode. Now season 3 actually has fully watchable episodes (unless part 2 ruins it ) I wonder if this means by like season 5 the show will be amazing…

I read somewhere Story and Stories arent coming back this year I just think the TV line guy meant he's heard nothing and there's no news of it, AHS is planned for 2025 I think and Jon Landgraf said stories was returning for Huluween already. They finished filming the 5 episodes in March, so there's no reason they wouldn't premiere them. 1

Rihlord Posted October 15 Author Posted October 15 Only watched Backrooms and X so far. Backrooms was well shot and cool I guess for what it was, but extremely slow. X is a top 5 maybe even top 3 episode 2
