Clarence Thomas literally cited Obergefell and Lawrence as the next steps in his concurring opinion in the overturning of Roe

Overturning Roe v Wade was less popular than gay marriage. Something that oppresses maybe less than 10% of the population would be a no-brainer compared to something that affects half. Gay marriage support is a much lower consensus than abortion rights.

Yes they will They literally just struck down a gun control law in New York when gun control is supported by 90% of Americans. You clearly aren’t paying attention to what is going on in states, the amount of anti-trans bills being passed, the “don’t say gay” laws, it’s gay panic 2.0, and it is 100% going to make its way to the Supreme Court, where it will 100% be overturned in a 6-3 vote. Minority rule exists, we are living under it.
