Americans doing this performative mess knowing full well their own country is about to look more like Russia in over half the states with the overturnings of Obergefell v. Hodges and Lawrence v. Texas :dies:

Who else but TERF island and Don't Say Gay-land :clap3:

Stupid of them to associate gay rights with western ideology in an anti-western country. Nothing positive will come from this.

First they came for women, and I did not speak out because I was not a woman…

roe vs wade did not represent the general consensus of the country when it was ruled and is still a controversial topic today (clearly). while i do think that banning it in certain states is extreme i can understand the state by state argument even though i don't agree with the verdict.

gay marriage on the other hand is widely accepted now and isn't something your average republican cares about. this is fear mongering by the left.

Clarence Thomas literally cited Obergefell and Lawrence as the next steps in his concurring opinion in the overturning of Roe :rip:

yeah i know the comment he made, but my point is that the majority of the country is already on board with obergefell vs hodges, lawrence vs texas, and loving vs virginia. the supreme court is not going to hear a case who's topic is no longer point of mass contention.

Overturning Roe v Wade was less popular than gay marriage. Something that oppresses maybe less than 10% of the population would be a no-brainer compared to something that affects half. Gay marriage support is a much lower consensus than abortion rights.

Yes they will :rip: They literally just struck down a gun control law in New York when gun control is supported by 90% of Americans.
You clearly aren’t paying attention to what is going on in states, the amount of anti-trans bills being passed, the “don’t say gay” laws, it’s gay panic 2.0, and it is 100% going to make its way to the Supreme Court, where it will 100% be overturned in a 6-3 vote.

Minority rule exists, we are living under it.

"Fearmongering from the left" when the Right-wing justices and AGs are literally telegraphing that this is what they want to do. Absurd :gaycat6:

definitely will not be happening because the country is past gay marriage discourse, but we'll just have to wait and see! :)

You can’t disagree on laws having been passed, it is a factual statement :rip:

Queer people are literally becoming the new boogeyman in mainstream conservative media and they are branding us groomers and pedophiles (sound familiar, maybe like, I dunno, gay panic?) and that we need to ~save the children~, but sure, we’re past that discourse, just like we’re in a post-feminist and post-racial society :rip:

i'm not disagreeing on whether or not laws were passed because yeah, they were. :rip: i'm saying we disagree on the issue.

the left is doomed. good luck running on abortion and hormone blockers for children at the primaries when the country can't even afford gas or rent. :rip:

Please explain to me how you can “disagree” on the issue of anti-trans and don’t say gay laws being passed :deadbanana4:

Meanwhile identity and single issue politics like trans kids’ healthcare, CRT, and drag queens reading books to children is what is being fed to the public from the right, from Fox News to Ben Shapiro :rip:

You’re going to be in the gas chamber just like the rest of us, reactionary dunking on the left won’t give you a get out of jail free card.

You can just admit you hold fascist, far-right views rather than playing this sad attempt at 4d chess that ignores that tries to lie about how progressives are the only ones who support left-wing economic politics that solve economic issues and who support progressive social issues. You're stumping for the far-right but of course you would since your entire time on this forum has been posting reactionary youtubers and peddling right-wing talking points since joining. :skull:
