This is on RBG.

I would say it’s 50/50 on RBG and the republicans who refused to put Obamas pick through.

Yeah, let's blame RGB instead of far-left idiots who didn't vote for Hillary and prevented her from appointing three liberal judges.

Oh shut up, she won the popular vote, did she not? By over 3 million votes but she lost in states she was expected to win in but neglected like Wisconsin and Michigan. Those mythical 3rd party voters could’ve came for her in droves but if they weren’t from the right state she would’ve still lost.

. Only Congress can pass a law codifying Roe, but that's not going to happen unless Dems nuke the filibuster, which they currently can't do with Sinema and Manchin refusing.

What is with you people and your inability to understand how the US gov't works? It's not that hard to Google. There is literally nothing Biden can do about this apart from putting out a statement. Nothing. SCOTUS exists as a completely separate branch of the government, and is part of a branch created solely to curb the power of the Executive branch (the President).

Gurl/Boy, there are so many precedents in the US where branches of the government have overstepped their power, some for good and some for bad reasons.

Biden better “The Courts have made their decision, now let them enforce it” they a$$es. :coffee2:

You think this stops at a state level? They're clearly going after a national ban on abortion. Justice Thomas has already stated in explicit terms they need to reconsider laws protecting contraception, same-sex relationships, and same-sex marriage. Forgive me for being "overdramatic" about laws that are directly taking away rights of groups I belong in.

A terrible day not only for American women, but for the global history of women's rights.

Isn’t Biden supposed to be “the world’s most powerful man”?

Why can’t he just nuke this decision.

America’s political system is so bad.

That’s not how it works

These justices are there for life and they've already cleared many rights in a short time frame:rip:

This is what people in the left/liberals in the US don’t get, the right wing is extremely organized and loyal between them, left/liberals keep fighting over who is more woke, left wing and tearing down one another over the smallest things.

It’s basically:

(far left vs moderate liberals) vs all the right wing.

This is really really bad, it’s extremely archaic.

Basic human rights being stolen in front of everyone.

Cannot imagine how **** for brains you have to be if you think any of this is relevant

They are so scared that they’re becoming the minority so they pull this vile mess. I can’t.

A state in decline. Those women in red states don’t stand a chance. It’s just going to further the economic/social divide.

I want to know who the republican judge was that voted AGAINST overturning. thank you to that person. It's good to know there are at least a few decent republicans still out there.

This is happening because Trump was elected over Hillary.

Concerns should be focused on issues that are far more vital than LGBT rights.
